Erin (she/her) builds frameworks for the future by creating systemic change in business and society. She empowers others to imagine and achieve possibilities beyond the accepted scope of reality.

Erin is passionate about language, inclusion, and accessibility. She is trilingual and created the internationally awarded TalkBack Method® to build confidence for adult language learners.

Erin is the Founder of Entrada ESL. She is also an energy healer, Intuitive Channel, and a Soul Body Fusion® Teacher Trainer and Practitioner.

I prioritize:

Learning new perspectives by listening to new voices.

Travel, motion, language, curiosity, patience, and questions are key.

Challenging pre-existing mindsets by seeking opportunities for growth, initiating conversations around 'taboo topics', questioning assumptions, and listening to opinions without judgment.

Applying my life experiences to empower others. After becoming fluent in Italian after one year of living in Italy, my primary question was: What resources did I have that low-income immigrants do not have? I then founded Entrada ESL, a social enterprise redefining the Future of Work.

Grounding in self and being in nature. Life is complex and challenging. Staying healthy through activities like rock climbing, hiking, diving, dancing, and yoga empowers me to be more present in navigating the waters.

Following my intuition, releasing attachments and taking bold action. This has led to joyful, passionate, impactful, and adventurous life experiences.
