Buzzfeed News "Ladies Who Lead"
Entrada takes Erin's experience learning a language while living abroad to create systemic social change. She created a flexible, tech-enabled adult learning program, based in psychology and support, to empower low-income immigrants to speak English with confidence in 100 days.
We have worked with innovative leaders, including the National Domestic Workers' Alliance (NDWA), Rent the Runway, and Vail Resorts.
Erin has learned techniques to advocate for groups outside of her personal demographic, and how to build both programs and teams to compliment learners' unique needs. She learned from diverse voices and accounted for gaps in her knowledge.
Entrada redefines the future of work by creating a sustainable path of upward mobility for front-line workers.
